Welcome to Taji Faith Collection. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Using the Taji website
You may browse our website, create an account, and place orders for personal use. Please use the website lawfully and respectfully. We may suspend access if we believe there is misuse, fraud or a security risk.
2. Customer accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and update it if your contact or delivery details change.
3. Product descriptions, availability and pricing
We do our best to describe products accurately and show true colours. However, screen settings may affect how colours appear. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable. Product availability and prices may change without notice.
4. Placing orders
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed after you complete checkout and we receive your payment or payment confirmation. We will send you an order confirmation by email or SMS once your order is confirmed.
5. Payment and order confirmation
We accept payment by M-Pesa Paybill only (Business No. 542542, Account No. 059450). Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed. If payment is not received or confirmed within the time shown at checkout, we may cancel the order.
6. Delivery arrangements and charges
We deliver across Kenya. At checkout you can choose the delivery option that suits you. Delivery options may include:
- Bus parcel delivery — via Easy Coach, ENA Coach or Mash Poa. You collect your parcel from the nearest available bus parcel office or station point. The bus parcel fee is KES 300.
- Wells Fargo courier — door-to-door courier delivery. The courier fee is paid by you directly to Wells Fargo on delivery. Charges vary by location and start from KES 300. Taji does not add or absorb this fee.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by location, weather, courier schedules or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by our delivery partners once the parcel has left our hands.
7. Returns and exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns and exchanges are handled in line with our published Returns & Exchanges policy, available on our Help page. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
8. Product condition and customer responsibilities
Please inspect your order on delivery or collection. Report any issues promptly so we can resolve them. Items damaged through misuse, neglect or normal wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
9. Website content and intellectual property
All content on this website — including images, product descriptions, logos, text and design — is owned by or licensed to Taji Faith Collection. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Prohibited misuse
You may not use the Taji website to:
- Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment details.
- Interfere with the website’s security or performance.
- Harvest customer data or scrape content without permission.
- Harass our staff or other customers.
11. Limitation of liability
Taji Faith Collection provides products and services in good faith. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability is limited to the value of the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses unless required by law.
12. Changes to products, services or these terms
We may update these Terms of Service, our prices, products or services from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the website. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute will be resolved through the courts of Kenya.
