Orders
How do I place an order?
Add items to your bag, go to checkout, fill in your delivery details and choose your payment method.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, if it has not been dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
How do I know my order was received?
You will see a confirmation page with your order number, and we confirm by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa and bank transfer. Only the methods shown at checkout are active.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. We never store your payment credentials and payment is confirmed before dispatch.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your order stays as pending payment. Contact us and we will help you complete it.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Kenya-wide. International delivery is not available yet.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on your county and is calculated at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1-2 days in Nairobi and 2-5 days elsewhere in Kenya.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track an order page with your order number.

How do I know if an item is available?
Every product shows In Stock, Low Stock, Out of Stock or Coming Soon.
What happens when an item is out of stock?
Add to bag is disabled and you can ask us to notify you when it returns.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, within the same 7 days and subject to availability.
How do I request a return?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
